You must be able to provide a documented monthly income of at least $2,500.
Your documented monthly income must be 3 times the monthly rent. For example, if your are looking to rent a $1,200 per month home your minimum income would be $3,600.
You must not have had an eviction for the prior 12 months.
You must not have had an active bankruptcy within the prior 12 months
You must not have had a foreclosure in the prior 12 months.
